
Judith Dada is Co-CEO of Langdock, a leading European AI company. She is also Senior Partner at Visionaries Club, an early-stage European venture capital fund.
Judith is co-author of Europe 2031, a narrative scenario about Europe’s challenging AI future that has been read by over a million people.
She serves on the board of Personio, Europe’s largest HR platform. Previously she was a General Partner at La Famiglia VC, which merged with US-based General Catalyst in 2024.
Judith has been investing in AI and enterprise software for close to ten years, including in companies like Langdock, Parloa, Personio, Langfuse and Black Forest Labs. She started her career at Facebook.
Judith is the author of Dadalogue, where she regularly blogs about AI, society, and Europe. In 2025, she co-founded Relativity Collective, a student founder programme connecting the best talent across Europe’s leading universities. She also created Open Source Nanny - a set of honest reports about how ambitious parents manage the logistics of childcare.
